Thank you for your interest in the Shift Szn event. Please review the following refund policy regarding Pre-Order ticket purchases.

By purchasing this ticket, you are agreeing to this refund policy in its entirety:


FINAL SALE

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued after checkout unless the event is unlikely canceled.


​EVENT CANCELLATION

​If the event is canceled, you will automatically receive a full refund using your original payment method. This is the only situation in which a refund will be provided.


​TICKET TRANSFERS

​If you choose not to attend, we allow the option to transfer your ticket to someone else. To do this, please manage the transfer yourself and email us the new attendee's information at support@shiftszn.com. This ensures that the original buyer can recover their cost, the new buyer benefits from the pre-order price, and we avoid empty seats at the event.
